DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER!!! They tell lies. I purchased item they advised it was sent untracked. In 2025 nobody sends untracked. I asked for tracking number and was told I would have it in 48 hours. 48 hours later they told me the item was lost in transit and could not be replaced as it was out of stock yet the item was still for sale but nearly double the price with the same seller. When I questioned this the item was removed. THEY ARE LIARS AND FRAUDULENT AND WILL NOT REPLY ABOUT REFUND

DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. Seller advertised the item as being black and containing a mosquito net and straps to attach hammock. I was delivered an ugly green and blue hammock, with no net and no straps to attach it to anything so am basically left with a green and blue bit of garbage. I bought the item in November for my son for xmas. When we went to wrap it in Dec realised it was the wrong item. Seller not responding. Ebay also not helping because they say it is over 30 days

Would never use this seller again!...did not receive a confirmation email or tracking details.item never arrived..very poor response or NO response from seller .resent item which mysteriously also didn't arrive.. poor service and questionable seller.. The only positive- ebay stepped in and promptly refunded me,which has been the only positive part of this experience.
