  It started off as the worst transaction Ive ever had. after sending over 20 emails the seller finally mailed out my order. Another package had also arrived but seller was very courteous in the end and told me i can keep it for my patience which i thought was actually really cool of them because we had some heated discussions in the days before this happened. Seller somehow managed to turn a negative experience into a positive one. And i can respect that So they get a pos check from me.

  P.S. i mean what i said with all due respect. Most sellers would not be able to or simply do not care enough to turn a negative experience into a positive one. bjpbrands did a fantastic job of turning things around. This is what a great seller does! so I highly recommend BJPBRANDS. Even though it started off a lil strange... I sense that bjpbrands cares about their customers being satisfied and BJP has the best deals so i would purchase from again.

  Caught seller in a lie about when item was shipped, I was told it was shipped the next day, but look at receipt of shipping and the receipt showed the item was shipped 3 days later than told originally. Item arrived damaged because of poor wrapping for shipping. Will never buy from again. Seller did communicate with me through out the process.

  False representation of product!! Listed as "6 pack" - arrived today, it's a 2 pack. Seller's photo is folded/bent back so you can't see correct doses included. Reported seller and requested 50% refund. Shipping - seller sends me a message 2 hours after I won that package was ready for shipping pending payment. Sent payment but seller didn't ship item for 5 days!!!! Purchase at your own risk!!

  The pictures are HD and clear showing ONE item 2 Doses over 6month supply for.a large Canine . Description states 2 Pack each which is 6 months or 6 individual monthly.doses. Item is a $60 value wone for $17.50. This buyer should pay retail and then had the audacity to ask for a 50% refund and pay $8.75 for a LARGE DOG ADVANTIX. REPORTED SELLER for demanding a discount and for threatening negative feedback. Avoid MANIPULATIVE BUYER at all costs.
