Was not an exact replacement for our litter robot 2 motor. Had to open up (no grease) and swap out main gear with shaft as it was a different length. Also had to swap case screws with old one to get the mounting screws. Fairly easy process and works fine.

Item came exactly as advertised, not a scratch. 100% recommend this vendor. I had some questions about shipping and there were extremely prompt and willing to work with me. Side note, not vendor related: I do wish rack mount would provide some white or red powder-coated mount screws for the ears. That would be an amazing touch.
