Item arrived quickly but the screen of the monitor wasn't immaculate as per description but with a small 1 inch scratch on one side of the monitor.
Luckily I make videos of the unboxing just in case I need.
Contacted the seller who was very professional and offered a partial refund that I accepted.

Sent quickly with adequate packaging. Item was NOT as described. The warehouse sent a 65W power brick not a 120W, making the item an expensive paper weight. I have been refunded as they didn't have the correct brick in stock. Having tried to source one, it seems impossible to get hold of one. I then subsequently got an offer notification offering the same item from the same seller with the right power brick. Can't tell if this is illicit practice or mugging me off. Buy with caution.

To spare you the hassle of returning the item, I promptly issued a full refund without requesting its return. It seems the offer you received was automated and generated before I removed the listing. After processing your refund, I'd updated the listing to clarify that the docks were being sold without the PSU. Sorry for any confusion caused.

Terrible Experience with this seller, the item wasn't as described ,the picture didn't match the description. The seller didn't respond for over a week. When they finally did, they said they would offer a machine with better specs they insulted me by offering a surface tablet that had an older CPU, but more memory. Why would I want a older CPU for the same price. Refund took ages as they emailed the label instead of ebays postage system. Multiple calls to ebay. AVOID not worth the hassle.
