Tracking of shipment was superb and the item arrived a day early. Packaging was also superb. The laptop was setup with OS as described and seller included instructions that stated charging for an hour before setup - perfect. There was even a link on the Desktop for setting up the 1 year warrantee. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!
