  Although the product sold and the description didn’t match the seller took responsibility and offered a return. I do realize mistakes can happen and what matters to me as a buyer is the responsibility the seller takes with their product and listing. There was no defect with the item shipped to me, it was just not what was described. No return or refund needed. I will keep and use the product. Great doing business with you, thank you!

  Shipping was slower than expected but otherwise was a smooth transaction. Shipping package was reused and contained previous customer information. Bad idea! The item was as described and I am happy with the purchase. Not comfortable buying from again. It’d have to be quite a deal. Delivery took far longer too than items I’d purchased that were newer orders. Quality of product was great though. Kinda 50/50 on this deal but there was follow through and item is very nice. TY!

  Hard drive did finally arrive in working condition and at a good price, but it took over two weeks to come. I paid for it on April 29th, and on May 5th, after still seeing no "tracking number," contacted the seller, and the tracking number appeared the next day. When I received it, I saw that the mailing label was not generated until May 7th. Seller's answer did not seem honest, claiming USPS "held it" in error. Also, don't expect anything other than what is shown or described from this seller

  The listing and descriptions all misled one to believe it was mint condition. It was not. Package was severely aged and cracked in multiple places. I am not a inbox collector, if I had been it would have been a negative unfortunately. Any damage should have been in the post and certainly detailed in the description. I do alot of business on here wnd would not have cared. But transparency is key otherwise it is just sketchy. Item was- in box- fair condition, at best. Overall satisfied with item.
