  After 6 days of ordering the item, it had still not shipped. I contacted the seller and they promptly replied and stated that they noticed the item was damaged at the time of packaging. The customer told me that the item would be replaced and shipped and I should receive in 6 to 8 days. I received the item 5 days later and the item was in perfect condition. Although the item did arrive late, I appreciated the prompt and transparent communication from the seller.
