Only issue was that Windows setup was locked to a company account. I reinstalled windows and deleted all SSD partitions and it was still company locked, I had to find a login bypass solution online to start-up Windows. I never contacted the seller because the price was so decent and I would rather try to figure it out myself so that's basically on me, I'm sure that they would've helped. Recommend Seller

Arrived as described with QAQC label on the side of the case. Booted without issue and Win 11 Pro installed. M.2 drive is SATA (not NVMe) but it was never described as an NVMe drive. Good value.
