terrible! they didnāt sent my package and nearly a month went by I ended up filing a report and getting my money back through eBay money back guarantee because my package never arrived and itās so called tracking for auspost apparently got skipped or missed (okay like that ever happens) This seller is absolutely terrible to not ever buy anything from them. Do yourself a favour and avoid this one completely itās more trouble than itās worth thatās for sure! hoping people read before buying here!

We had explained that the delay was due to an unexpected trip out of the country due to death of 2 family members and we were unable to close the store from overseas. We had sent 4 packets instead of 2 and apologised for the delay. Initially you accepted the apology but when Auspost had delayed which was out of our control, you gotten annoyed and demanded for a refund which Ebay had provided. Therefore we did not follow up with the case as the amount was refunded in full.

do not buy from this seller, they had every excuse in the book for not sending my parcel for nearly a month. and I never actually ended up with my orders so Iāve got my money back through eBay money back guarantee. This seller said the tracking provided mustāve been skipped or missed as it appeared to be nowhere but I be found when searching for it. Avoid yourself the trouble and excuses and never buy anything from this store, I needed these for a gift and I gave myself plenty of time! not okay.
