We also receive parts from Showroom or delivery mileage cars that have had BMW or M Performance upgrades. These parts are effectively new.
Some items come without the BMW packaging.

Larger or fragile items require collection in person, such as glass, bumpers, body panels etc.

However, I made a genuine mistake in sorting the return in the e bay section to do this, this was made known to me by the seller and I wrote and apologised and the the issue was resolved by the postage I should have paid being deducted off the refund payment after I offered to pay the postage back.
