  Helmet arrived not in a box and only surrounded with a plastic bag, on opening and going to using found screen was cracked, contacted supplier about replacement screen, said doesn’t supply parts ,then asked about warranty, no response, helmet itself is overall very good, but packaging was terrible, most likely the reason screen arrived cracked

Received message from seller “Hello, this item is temporarily out of stock, can you help me cancel my order and get a full refund?” I assumed they wanted me to submit for refund, so I did. They denied it. I sent 2 more messages asking when I will receive it and wanted status of order if not cancelling. It was to arrive 4/22-5/2. It’s now 5/4, still no product or response from seller. Will never order from this seller again and expect a full refund. Item price inconsistent.
