    Package arrived today and there was no damage. It is the same type of surge guard as the one that it replaced. The description of the item was very good. I have not used it yet, but I am sure that it is good. Seller prices are lower than other vendors. Would buy from seller again.

    Shipping to Canada took nine days. On opening I noticed that that the manual shipped with the unit was for a completely different model. The seller's 800 number works from Canada and I was told that is the way the unit was packed from their supplier. The unit was never used brand new so I believe the manufacturer enclosed the wrong manual. After testing the unit I wanted to order a second one. Major disappointment, the seller had raised the price by $200. NO DEAL ANYMORE!

    Item was exactly as described, well packaged & quick to ship with tracking info provided. Shipping carrier did show it delayed, but it arrived at estimated time after all. I started using the oven rack right away. It fit perfectly, is sturdy & exactly what I needed. The price was fantastic compared to other sellers, even on other platforms. Very pleased overall!

    Boat and rv advertised part as NEW and part that was received is rusted and not NEW. Part was $14.65 at the time of purchase but when I went back after received rusted part and clicked it was $8.36. When contacted offered another part but no price change. Feel bamboozled from this company.

    Fast shipping. The item received looked like product in the post but was not in retail packaging like the post picture. I believe the item reveived will work for me. I am not convinced the item is the brand listed in the post. The item cost was the lowest I found on ebay - I guess you get what you pay for.
