Due to Royal Mail backlogs and strikes where possible we are upgrading peoples shipping automatically to DHL 24 Express. This will only be for items larger than RM Large Letter sizes and where postcodes allow. Highlands and the usual outer postcodes zones will still have to be with Royal Mail or in some cases Parcelforce.

All small items like bulbs badges etc that are classed as large letter are still going with Royal Mail but are on a Tracked 24H Large Letter service.
