    terrible dealings with this mob; received an item in wrong labelled packaging to that which i ordered. didn't open the package as the package description did not match what i ordered. contacted seller who said to return item as no cost to me. seller contacted me and said th product i ordered was in fact inside the wrong labelled box i received and if i still wanted the item to pay $11.00 postage, or if I wanted a refund they would deduct $11.00 from my initial outlay.

    Wok burner arrived damaged and missing hose and regulator. When contacted, the seller said it must have been damaged in transit (I don’t believe it was) and claimed that it didn’t come with a hose and regulator even though it was clearly stated in the listing. No reply to return request, eBay had to step in. It appears in previous feedback that this item may have been returned before for the same reason. Bad experience. Haiyaa!
