TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM SELLER
This product is advertised as an 65C815 however you wont recieve this item as it comes packaged as an 65C727 model. DONT USE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AGAINST PEOPLE OR UPDATE YOUR SPECS. When the TV arrived the whole screen was cracked, packaging was damaged and missing styrofoam on an edge of the tv. Trying to return the tv but seller is an liar and gaslighter, didnt organise an delivery driver, blamed me for ‘wasting her money’. DO NOT BUY

If I can I give him "0". Fake ad offering QLED and delivered UHD TV. Ad was a new one but first was delivered to TCL service at Alice Springs. It appeared that was refurbished. Avoided to answer three times about the concerns of mine, claiming that I have been delivered the better TV than was advertised????? What a scam. After I disputed the issue with ebay seller promptly removed the add replacing with the one which was delivered to me. The box was damaged or was reused after the TV was fixed?

Deceptive seller. The TV received was not as described - scratched screen and wrong model. Despite numerous attempts to contact, the seller failed to honor their return policy and instead resorted to dodging responsibilities. Beware of this seller's dishonest tactics and lack of integrity. Worest seller I have ever met in my life.

TV I wanted was not available as advertised, and was even willing to pick up at their location at price, as did not want courier to handle it in case it got damaged on the way. They tried offering a better "upgrade" which was a lesser brand really. So asked for a refund, but they kept delaying. Only finally got a refund a week later after having eBay intervened as the seller won't refund quickly or easily even though I haven't received item? Just wanted the refund, no need to be difficult.
