Ho dovuto ritirare il mio pacco presso il deposito GLS competente perché il venditore ha commesso degli errori e non ha fatto nulla per garantire che ricevessi la merce. Ha dichiarato per iscritto, che la merce verrà consegnata oggi. Non era vero. Il tracciamento GLS diceva che il mio indirizzo presumibilmente non esisteva. GLS mi ha detto che l'errore era colpa del mittente. Quando ho affrontato il venditore su questo, è diventato ancora più maleducato
