The trigger blew out on my orignal, I contacted Bosch because it was still under warranty. I was told the trigger was not covered under the warranty but they sent me out a free replacement anyway. With customer service like that you have a customer for life, thank you very much & keep up the good work.

Ordered yesterday morning, dispatched the same day and arrived at my door in the morning just before midday. This packaged was sent via Victoria to NSW suburbs. The product is very sturdy, made like a tank, in perfect condition sealed. You can beat the price from Bosch Home & Garden Tools Australia and their services. Everything looks good, came with a bit that I was not expecting with the actual kit. Very impressive! Really happy!

Ordered my new cordless IXO 7 screw driver (to replace my hard working but warn out old IXO 4 one) on 10 December and it arrived on 15 December (the same year). Bosch had it packed and on its way the day I ordered it. And Australia Post hand delivered it to me on the next Sunday afternoon. A day before it was scheduled to be delivered. I'll be back for more.
