  I'll be honest, I wanted to be upset with the seller after it came three days later than it was supposed to. I had been wearing a cast for the last 2 months and I neeeeded this thing. But it wasn't his fault. It shipped the very next morning after I bought it, but pick up must be once in early morning because pickup happened the next morning. The seller had a label on it and shipped it on time, it just didn't start moving till the next morning. Exactly as described, shipped fast /free

  I will rate this positive only because the product itself was not damaged. However, the condition was describe as New, which means unopened. The package arrived opened, and it appears that someone tried to tape it back together. All the parts were there and there was no damage; however, be aware of the description when you purchase from this buyer. Photo was exactly as it was when I opened the mail.

  Item was listed as damaged box. The majority of the items we sell are damaged box brand new shelf pulls. That is not how you recieved it or the shipping label would be on the item. It goes in a poly bag for protection.

  This is a hard to find dog collar that I needed to replace and eBay came through for me as it is out of stock on all other sites.
