  Shipping was fast.packaging was secure. The Sony mp3 player was not as described. It was easily reset and the payer worked playing the music stored on it. The battery however is depleted and can only be used plugged in The player was a great value. I am very satisfied with this Sony mp3 player never the less the seller did a great job.
