Seller responded to my messages same day each time. Item was in the exact condition as pictured. The packaging quality wasn’t pretty by any means but it was safe and secure with bubble wrap.   Item had worn away areas not in the pictures. Areas where it's rubbed away. In the shipping package the top of the deflector was bent in the box and rod of mesh part was like poking the material. Now there is a new tear that's starting. And missing a clip to install it. Pictures were a way that didn't show these issues.
