    Very disappointed -Important details where hidden.I spent $1,150 on an iQOO phone expecting a proper international version, but what I received was a Chinese edition – something that was not mentioned anywhere in the product description. This is a major omission and completely misleading for buyers.The phone came with Chinese bloat ware,limited language options.For such a high price,this kind of hidden details is unacceptable. I feel letdown and frustrated. The seller should be transparent.

    Thank you for your order. We asked you before this is Chinese Version with English and Google Playstore and you said this is OK as long as phone has English.     Purchased Samsung S24 12GB RAM. Received S24 8GB RAM. Item advertised as 12GB RAM, Global Edition, free postage. Seller argues that 12GB model only available in CHINESE version, NOT Global Edition. Postage cost $65, NOT FREE. Seller wants me to pay for return postage but cannot even send me the advertised model of the phone if I do.
