Starting in 2013 as a small storefront in Cave Creek, Arizona, Brakecrafters was created as a one-stop shop for motorcycle enthusiasts to find all their motorcycle braking needs. Over the past several years, we have experienced rapid expansion and outgrew our AZ facility. We went in search of a larger facility, with more space for inventory and room to accommodate a larger staff, and we found the perfect partnership in Troy, Ohio. Situated in the Midwest, the new facility is centrally located and provides ideal distribution channels throughout the country. Our new, larger space has enabled us to expand our product lines and continue to provide the best customer service around.

I purchased the pads online then received a message that some pads were mislabeled from the factory and if my pads were in that group to call for a replacement set. Upon arrival my pads were mislabeled and did require replacement. I called brakecrafters and they sent me out a new set of pads that day with a return shipping label to return the mislabeled set.
