    The 2nd time I have bought a refurb directly from Breville on eBay - both great deals, great price, prompt delivery and comes direct from the company with full warranty. Both products have been as new - they just come in a plain box/turned inside out product box. Great idea Breville selling refurb's on eBay cheaper, everyone wins! The only downside is it is not the full product range (just leftovers, factory 2nds, warranties repaired etc.) but that's where I'll be shopping first!

    Very happy with my purchase. The machine is in pristine condition and you would be hard pressed to distinguish it from a brand new machine. However there was an issue in that the accessory box was missing. Sent a message to Breville and within 30 minutes they had responded, apologizing for the error and advised that they have shipped the accessory box and a complimentary bag of coffee. Thanks for the wonderful customer service Julie!

    Breville THANK YOU 🙏 The coffee maker arrived very quickly (amazing considering I live in regional Qld) and I wouldn't have been able to tell it wasn't brand new. You included all the things that come with a new unit, manual, water test strip, a lovely new milk jug and it was so well packaged. Can't go wrong with the same warranty that comes with a new unit and the end result was I paid hundreds of $$$ less. Top quality, top seller. Very very happy.

    Good value, machine seems pretty much like new. Dispatched and delivered promptly with careful packing. Only issue is that it seems to be missing a (non-essential) filter, so I'll have to check that with seller. I have no hesitation in recommending this seller or product.

    Despite being refurbished, it still came in good working condition. In the packaging they forgot to include the breadtray. Once i contacted Breville, they immediately rectified this by sending the missing component. I'm glad my first experience buying refurbish is a good experience despite to small hiccup with the bread tray.

    Happy to give 4 stars - Product arrived promptly. Well packaged and in excellant condition. Unfortunately the coffee grinder didn't work. Have returned item after contacting seller. Communication with Breville was excellant. Would definately purchase a refurbed item again, hopefully with a better outcome next time.
