  Private seller with a good EB Rating, shipped this 1st class Ground envelope but, in this case, that seller preferred option ended with this CD NEVER arriving (ie, lost or badly damaged in usps transit). Seller was very understanding & when it appeared it would likely never arrive, agreed to quickly fully Refund.
