I purchased the Ninjago City and I got a box full of bags and instructions. The problem is the bags are not marked correctly so I basically have to open all the bags. Pieces are not all in one bag. I did read the description but this is unacceptable. I have a box of 4500 pieces and nothing is labeled correctly.

Second set I've purchased! Box was in better condition than the first when it arrived. The sticker sheet was also a bit crumpled inside the instructions, so about 3-4 stickers were damaged. Assembled and every piece was present. Some pieces were too loose though so had to use my own pieces to substitute. The instructions were also printed out of order toward the end, but every page was there. Was just confused for a little. All in all, good purchase and no regrets. Already purchased a third set!

Amazing purchase! Order arrived in a week. Huge box with 100 bags of lego parts, all numbered with instructions that followed the numbered bags. The box was beat up, but good thing the outside was wrapped in a tight plastic and tape. I kept worrying there'd be missing pieces, but after building the entire set over a week, there were extras. Some parts in the original like 1x3 round end brick were replaced with other pieces (likely easier to mass fabricate), but I just ordered those on bricklink

Seller has been amazingly responsive. The set was missing a sticker sheet, and the bags was organized very differently from the other sets I purchased. Where the other sets were organized into smaller sections, this one involved opening every bag for a section, with a total of three sections for the entire build. The seller was very helpful in trying to make things right, offering a number of options for me. I decided to keep the set and try to get the stickers elsewhere. No regrets so far!
