The pet brush arrived broken. The bamboo was patched before dispatch. I contacted seller raising a return for full refund including photo of bodgy repair. The seller got back to me offering 50% refund saying that the damage occurred in transit. The item should never have sold! The repair is obvious in the photo as the material used is a different colour to the bamboo, also there was no glue used it was a simpIe smear of wood putty over the break. eBay will assist me in abstaining a full refund.

After posting my feedback I received a full refund the next day. So thank you! Just do a more thorough inspection of the items that are dispatched.
