Like other buyers, was expecting the lot to be more reflective of the listing images, most of which show a lot of rhinestones & brooches. Not a big deal, however I think some of your responses toward unhappy customers are a bit unprofessional. It seems like when someone leaves a response you don’t like, you just block them. Probably won’t be buying again in the future, not because of the jewelry, but because of your attitude.

Did you not have the guts to just message me??. Obviously you dont know me. I go above and beyond for my 1000's of kind, responsible clients.. Buyers who leave snarky feedback, without contacting the seller first to work out an issue, are an abscess on Ebays tail end!. Abuse of the feedback system is a Huge concern. I was really looking forward to this i searched and finally came to this item when it finally shipped on the sixth day not the fifth it came fast I knew it wasn't gonna be the the exact same as the picture but I thought it was gonna be closer than what it was it was mostly fake pearls and plastics beads it had 1 or 2 nice items but the rest will probably go to some kids who stop by I can't really say I'm satisfied at all but I'm not about to go thru the process of paying to have it shipped back

You took the time to write all of this but not ONE SINGLE SECOND TO WRITE ANYTHING TO US! Item paid for on April 12, Item shipped April 18. EXACTLY 4 BUSINESS DAYS later A DAY EARLY! Buyer does not understand what a Business Day is, buyer does not understand how to properly communicate to solve an issue, buyer is too lazy to return anything so they are paying to leave us a bad feedback. OK then, whatever floats your boat. I know my Treasure Box Family will quickly make this DIAPPEAR! BLOCKED
