    The listing is for Open Box but honestly this is basically brand new. The exterior packaging may be slightly scuffed or damaged but the device is absolutely pristine. Arrived lightning fast! Well packaged, extremely great price! This seller is fantastic, I would shop here again because I already have. I bought two of them, and the seller was kind enough to send them in different shipments at different times because that's what I needed. If I needed them bundled I would've bought it that way. A+

    The monitor arrived and was as described, in appearance, open box, like new. But there was a hardware defect internally so I requested a refund from the seller. He refunded my payment the next day. I appreciate his standing behind the sale and would buy from him again. It was a good value and the Samsung quality was apparent. But its tech, stuff happens. Shipping etc.

    It wasn't clear by the photos if the box had been opened, but upon receiving it, it was opened, but never unpacked- everything was still in its original plastic/wrapping. I don't know if it works because it's a gift I won't be giving for over a month, but I'm excited for it. I think it will be in excellent working condition. Over all, I'm happy.
