This time price is normal and it's not in original packaging again and I don't understand why. I have a feeling that it's like a 2nd hand product. Maybe original package has been damaged and Brita can't sell it that's why they sell it online. They should mention loose package on the website. Last week, Cole's is on special with price better than Brita but with original packing.

Opened plain cardboard box and found 10 loose cartridges inside, was not in the box as picture on webpage. I was not sure these were the Maxtra Pro Limescale cartridges I had ordered, as the packets had no details to confirm it. I contacted Brita and they said Limescale is dark blue label with barcode 4 006387 120078 and Pure Performance is green label with barcode 4 006387 117931. Both versions have MAXTRA PRO on packet. Thanks Brita.

I have read this before on other reviews and instead of filters coming in a sealed Brita box they were loose in carboard box? Still sealed in plastic but first time I have received them like this? Still Happy and great price!
