    Item received had corroded and defective hardware. Seller offered partial refund but I needed a replacement strap. Seller required me to purchase another item in order to receive a new strap, which still did not have the same quality hardware that was shown in the photos. Seller also promised to include some "goodies" as a way to make me feel better about the transaction, but nothing extra was included. Not impressed with the quality of either the products or the customer service provided.

    First thing they lied about was the color of the bag..I only ordered this leather gym bag because of the color looking dark and distressed and the bag i received was bright red..Second they lied about where it was shipping from said Houston TX and it was shipped from india.Next lie they said it would arrive in 2-4 day's and took 10 day's...Asked seller why color wasn't same as pictured and was told to treat it with oils and let it sit in sunlight.DONT ORDER IF LOOKING FOR THE DISTRESSED LOOK...
