Hello from Sarah Nibert and Stephen Bryant. We started Brybert resale as a hobby early this year and fell in love with the hunt for new inventory. Most of our items come from local southern Illinois storage unit auctions, Estate sales, and online marketplaces like Facebook for bargains. We try to pass the savings on and sell our items at a reasonable price, and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. The packaging had taken a beating in transit, but ultimately nothing inside was damaged. The Value for the item was a bit on the expensive side, but it was more than acceptable for a complete box with sealed items. Great Seller, Highly Recommend.

    Item exactly as described! The seller took extra care by placing the original retail box inside another box for protection and secured the item inside with bubble wrap to prevent movement.     The shipping was on time. The packaging was appropriate; however, because it was in a box preprinted with “Cleansing Cloths” maybe the seller could have written “FRAGILE” or “GLASS” on the box. Otherwise, the bottle palm plate is beautiful and I love it. The value is positive. The dish is as described and pictured online.

    The seller is outstanding. It was very unfair of me to rate the sellers even before I discussed the problem with them. . As it turned out, the sellers already started the ball rolling even before I made contact with them and refunded in full what I paid for the item that was delivered to me in a timely fashion.     Beautiful lamp as described it all works! It's a shame about the shade but it's still so pretty and of great value. Shipping and packaging was good. The box was a bit damaged but I think it's a delivery issue since it was delayed it was probably tossed around. Overall satisfactory and again beautiful!
