    The USPS lost this item somewhere in another state. I contacted the seller, said I know the PO is often late and that I would wait. When it became apparent the shipment was "stuck" and not moving, they initiated a full refund before I even asked. This company is awesome!

    Seller was fine! Delivery was terrible as it was supposed to arrive March 17th. I asked the seller for a refund and they asked if I would wait until April 7th. I agreed. Finally arrived on April 7th. This was one of several orders from different sellers that had extensive delays! May have to stop ordering and go to brick and mortar stores [Walmart] if this continues.

    PO bounces order in circles between Fox Valley , Chgo, E.Chgo Ind but not to Tinley Pk destination for 3-4 weeks; I canc order; seller promptly refund. me; received order few days after & I went to PO & marked order "refused" return to sender & they should receive it (I was reimbursed ). Seller is great; PO is very poor.

    Wow! Didn’t get lost by ontrac for once! If you still using them loose them! Y’all have a good value don’t ruin your reputation by using flacky shipping services! I have had 3 packages said they were delivered by them but were not delivered because I used a PO Box. I had to proove they were not delivered in order to get a refund pain in my buttocks!
