Only issue was lack of communication by seller.prior to purchase, sent seller a question and received no response despite several follow-ups to the initial contact.     Arrived promptly but crammed into the postal package and rather crushed. Lovely warm quality. Unfortunately I had to return it as I ordered the incorrect size so I received the refund minus two lots of postage. There are identical jackets on ebay at a lower cost and free postage.

    The quality and fit is great and condition is brand new in packaging as described good value for money. They didn't have the colour we wanted but were given the option of cancelling order or choosing another colour which we did, the seller was very helpful.
