    Items arrived safely and were well wrapped and as described. Shipping took a long time but this was not the fault of the seller. FedEx shipping took more than 10 days when their own website says it’s a 3-5 day delivery. FedEx customer service is terrible.

    Heard broken glass when I lifted the box(which was too big and not adequately packed for antique glass) and took pics before opening. Realized I had the wrong item and the correct one wouldn't arrive in time for Mother's Day; immediately wrote asking options. Without asking, seller stated they would send replacement. After I requested a refund instead(within a minute of THEIR initial response), silence. For days. Had to contact ebay for a refund, and seller was SO RUDE. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED
