  Overall, Great Experience with seller! I received my item on-time and as promised. I didn't know these Access Points required a special firmware to download in order to complete the configuration. I received a message from seller after requested for return these items stating for the reason, and the seller didn't hesitate to accept the return, but asked me if he could assist me configure these Access Points, and accepted his request. We were on the phone to complete the configuration. 5 stars!

  Have the wrong shipping address didn't realize till about 11:00 at night and when I messaged I got lucky in someone was working late in the warehouse and helped me out to correct it and make sure that I got my package to the correct address. Outstanding customer service and fast shipping.
