  They only get a neutral as they FINALLY refunded me. Deserve NEGATIVE. I paid $17 for 6 (hopefully stainless?) caps that cost cents 4 them to buy. Item was NOT like the picture in the listing. I wanted a flat topped cap. They sent ones with a recess, which is not suitable for me. As usual business tries to give a part refund but "give us 5 stars". Then tries to get me to pick another item from their listing - but "give us 5 stars". Then "We will refund you but give us 5 stars first" .
