Item arrived yesterday well packaged on a pallet, the oven was described as carrier damaged ie glass on door broken but supplied with another door, I inquired before i made an offer weather the door might fit and was advised it should do, however it was quite apparent as I unpacked it that it wouldn't. I'm not leaving any negative feedback as my offer was based on having to purchase a glass panel for the door, the transaction was pleasant and smooth so just a heads up !!

Seller listed as a genuine HONDA seal, according to the description - But was sent a seal in a plain plastic bag with no identifying marks - NOT GENUINE HONDA. Seller says it was Tohatsu, which are supposedly made by Honda - but it had absolutely nothing on the packaging to confirm or say that either. You should not be listing them as genuine Honda in any case. Returned for a refund.

Good value for money. Seller badly let down by Parcelforce which failed to say at any stage the delivery had to be to a person, told me the incorrect post office that the package had been left at, accepted my proposed re-delivery date (today) then told me it was being returned to sender and then delivered it to me! Seller was great!
