  Postage was so quick from Japan to uk, the package was really well secured with plenty of bubble rap, padding and warning stickers.   EXCELLENT Excellent excellent seller and superb ordering experience! The lens was advertised as "top mint", and it arrived in truly flawless condition with everything listed in the description. The lens was wrapped very securely and it arrived extremely fast, like in 4 days! I've tested it and the're no issues whatsoever with the lens, its an amazing quality and value for the listing price.   While originally the product received obviously didn t match the description, after confronting them with proof, the seller explained in detail exactly what led to this happening. I was upset at first, but we came to an agreement on an exchange. They first wanted to outright refund me without a return. But I felt bad about that, so we eventually settled on an exchange. They even sent me videos of the product we were interested in to prove it works.

  After clarification with the seller upon reading my feedback, they agreed to review the listing and confirm they were incorrect which all stemmed from an error in listing a similar item. They went above and beyond by clarifying they use a translator to communicate, finding an item to exchange it with, and even uploading a video to prove it functions as advertised.
