    Card was not properly packaged as card was not in any sort of plastic protective sleeve aka a penny sleeve, masking tape was used to keep it in place between two pieces of cardboard and the card was actually stuck to the card causing minor damage which is unacceptable. Also shipped as untrackable, which again for $5.00 shipping charge is unacceptable. Could easily be changed to a negative review

    Sir, This card was properly packaged. A 5x7 card wont fit in a penny sleeve. However the plastic money holders was more than sufficient especially between cardboard. But with all that said. Why didnt you simply reach out to me and tell me the situation? Instead just leave bad feedback. I wouldve refunded without question. I am a top rated seller after all. So why so concerned bout shipping? It was a 15$ card. Cards under 20 bucks: not spending nearly 5 to ship it! look, a simple message done!
