The Pest Repeller is now in position in the vegetable garden but it is too early to know whether it works on the birds. The lights are flashing when there is movement, i.e. when I am watering the garden, so the item is working.

They offered 12 $ refund for an item that is not new ( it was dirty ) and scratched . They offered to send a new one but I do not trust their service anymore based on what I received and private conversation with them .
