After spending many years in the Australian Piano Industry and successfully managing major piano retail stores in NSW and Queensland, a well respected Piano Technician Ray and his wife Margaret established Carlingford Music Centre in 1982. Since then it has grown to become one of Australia's longest established Quality independent Kawai Piano Dealerships and Music Stores.

Inspired to expand from a mainly traditional piano store in the year 2000, Carlingford Music Centre has grown to include a huge range of leading brand General Musical Instruments.     Ordered two straps and when nothing came I emailed and was told they only had 1 in stock even though they listed 2 in stock so I said OK please send me just that one . Then off to the post office to collect the parcel and had to pay another $5.50 postage & a fee of $3.00 or so as the item was packed in a small bag which exceeded Aust Post size limits. Emailed them, no response. Sorry guys I m not coming back!

Bought one using BuyItNow Vendor confirmed order with delivery by 16 June. 5 June received Welcome back email from vendor who left positive feedback. 9 June contacted vendor re. delivery. 10 June vendor cancelled sale-(listing?)error. Ebay advised cancellation due to “out of stock or damaged” with refund Items are still listed but at higher prices. It took a week to advise me of the error and only following my contact.Prompt contact by the vendor would have made for a happy resolution.
