Item was not as described. Description was showing "NEW UNOPENED" means that the item is new and was never opened, although I found Lego parts still assembled together (one picture attached). I sent a message to the seller but 10+ days later, I never got an answer. Shipping/packaging was carefully done.

Not a great experience. 3 broken due to woefully insufficient packing materials. Seller offered for me to send items back for a full refund. Seeing as seller stated she spent an hour readying this order, I don't have the time or desire to repackage these items. Seller also stated she had these listed on other platforms & implied I should be happy I got them at a reduced price? I paid list price. Seller needs to watch some tutorials on packaging fragile items for shipment.

Seller sent two different boots. These boots have entirely different tread. We have 3 pairs of these and these are not a matching pair. Would not use seller again. Very disappointed. They did not reveal this in listing.
