    Item arrived broken. Seller was a good communicator and worked with me on the price, but the item was clearly broken and this was not explained in the description. The item description was a cut and paste part number and vehicle compatibility. The packaging of the item was good- bubble wrap and protective packaging. However, the shipping time was a bit slow- the item arrive 11 days after payment was made.

    Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry the item arrived damaged. We either overlooked a defect or it was damaged in transit. We offered a 33% discount, free 30-day returns (still available), and top communication. The 11-day holiday shipping delay from Philly to Washington was beyond our control. With over 1,200 positive sales, we strive for excellence and appreciate the chance to improve.
