ARB Games & Puzzles, trading as Carrara Puzzles, Games & Toys on Ebay, specialises in the sale of quality jigsaw puzzles, games and toys, both online and from my retail store based on the Gold Coast, and my shop is Australia's largest retail shop of jigsaw puzzles.

My jigsaw puzzles are only sourced from Australian and European distributors - I do not import from Asia.

Carrara Puzzles, Games & Toys, being a sole trader owner / operator run business, provides personal service and all sales and inquiries are handled personally by myself.

    Thank you, received my puzzles 2/4/25. All goods as described. Good packaging no damage re transportation and given that it was such a wet day, puzzles were left in a covered area. This is my 2nd order w this seller. ARB Games has a terrific range of jigsaw puzzles, best I have seen so far. Great communication, always responds quickly.     ordered 2 Feb finally arrived 18 Feb. Great seller, arrived well packed and as described. Postage was extremely slow but not sellers fault - Aust Post stuck in Sunshine West sorting centre for a week. Kept getting updates on tracking up to 5 times a day when it was in the sorting centre. Aust Post needs to pull their finger out and give better service.

    I didn't mnid this but, I think it's still important for seller to acknowledge just in case: there was a price tag on my item (which I personally didn't mind) that was not discolsed in the listing. Besides that, everything came exactly as described and shipped out in a timely manner. Everything came nicely and safe, zero damage during shipping due to the sellers careful packaging. I really love the item I've bought from them!

    There are price tags on all my items as they come out of my shop. Some items won't have price tags where I have spare stock.
