    Hi Carrolls Tools. This item just arrive in the post today 12/03/25. There was no indication of where it has been. How do we proceed from here? I am happy that I have received the Kinstuglue but acknowledge that I have been given a refund for it and therefore have not actually paid for the item. I may be slow to reply to emails concerning this for the next few days as I will be out of range of reception.
