These 4 x 4 glass that I’ve been receiving the last two times they are foggy, dirty looking and you cannot wipe it off. I have ordered from other places and just recently from you guys and they’re all dirty. There’s like a fog in the glass that can’t be cleaned up. Please help me the last two orders are no good, I can’t use it and needs to be transparent for what I use these photos I have sent you are from one is clear and the other 4 x 4 glass is not. You can see the difference.

We are very sorry that this buyer was not satisfied with the product. The buyer did not reach out to us to let us know that there was a problem before leaving negative feedback, but we did reach out to them and offer a full refund. We are not the manufacturer of the product and because it was new and sealed we had no way of knowing that there was a manufacturing defect.
