  I cannot criticise the quality and price of the item nor the communication from the seller of the item. Unfortunately the choice of evri as the courier meant that the item was delivered 5 days later than expected. This may not be a problem elsewhere in the country but is a major problem on the Isle of Wight where DPD and royal mail /parcleforce are much better options.v

  My order never arrived - Royal Mail must have lost it! I accepted seller'd offer of refund which was completed swiftly. Good comms from seller. Apart from Royal Mail losing item I have no complaints about this seller.

  Very happy with the towing hook, exactly as described. Shipping and delivery time were fine. The only downside was the packaging — not protective enough, so the original Tesla bag was damaged. Not a big issue. Overall, a good purchase and I’m satisfied.
