  I received the coil that I needed. the item was securely packaged with no damage. because of the price I was skeptical, but I took a chance and purchased it any way. it was a genuine Eton coil as described.   I ended up receiving a malfunctioning unit and I unfortunately was just outside of the 30 day return policy. This seller helped out greatly with helping diagnose the problem and was able to get a replacement after talking to his rep about the problem. The seller went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

  He is the most terrible seller in the world, never buy anything from him, I have been waiting for an item for 2 weeks, and it has not arrived, and he does not respond to my messages and nothing happens.

  Replied to buyers one and only message within hours after after receiving and immediately upon finding. Buyer paid March 3rd his order shipped March 3rd. Just like all of our orders ship with in 0-1 business days. Although his order received another movement scan the very same day I offered to reship or refund. Buyer never responded to either offer, instead they left us a negative feedback.

  Seller taped a printed out a label with false product information over the original. I didn't realize until i started to install it. I reached out but they said the 30 days had passed so they wouldn't accept the return. They also assured me that I recieved the correct item. I ordered A27CGD25C016 which should have had a 480V coil. I recieved A27CGF40B040 which has a 240V coil. Pictures speak for themselves...

  After explaining to the buyer that a few of these I received had boxes damaged in shipping, Eaton sent me a few replacement boxes that were prelabeled. Instead of sending out a new product in a tattered box, I printed out some labels and taped them on YES. The the product contained within is exactly what the buyer ordered. I am still waiting on a picture of the coil displaying the coil voltage and of the contactor overloads. But the buyer wont send those because they perfectly match his order.
