    Do not purchase from this seller! Items listed in the auction are not what they ship. Seller will bait you into purchasing an item based on a 10/2026 expiration date and then ship different product. I purchased 10 bottles of product and half had the wrong expiration date! Two bottles had no expiration date at all. I simply asked for the product to be exchanged for the dates listed in the description and the seller refused. Bait and switch is illegal and I will report this seller to eBay.

    What was advertised as authentic Tula Skincare, but what I received was clearly not the real thing. The texture, scent, and even the package were all off compared to the genuine product I’ve used for years. To make things worse, the seller was completely unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out about the issue. A $5 credit was offered on a $25 product, and they took no responsibility. Don’t make the same mistake I did ,just because it’s labeled as “authentic” doesn't mean it actually is.

    We purchased this item from an authorized Distributor. We have sold dozens of them and yours was the ONLY complaint. You were offered a partial refund, as a thoughtful gesture, in consideration of your concern or you could of returned it for a FULL REFUND. You chose the partial refund. Best Wishes!
