    I contacted seller about my issues. The condition of The lorex 4K I received was not new and the description stated it was new when I ordered it is why I ordered it. And after opening the package there was a package slip from Amazon marketplace so apparently it was purchased used and resold to me I will attach the paperwork I received and I did contact the seller to replace my item or I want a full refund.
